We are exploring a registry for agent skills, tools, and MCP servers: a place to find capabilities, understand their requirements, and share your own. Runtime support and installation formats are still being defined.
Scope is subject to change. No public release or API is announced.

The concept combines discovery with clear compatibility, permission, and version information. Teams could evaluate a package before installing it in a supported runtime, then publish capabilities for others to discover.
